Neutralizer Set - Evenflo USA
Effectively corrects dark or cool tones on the lips for all skin types.
Evenflo and Perma Blend have developed this exclusive set with a high concentration of pigment to achieve vibrant and attractive lips. For best results, a two-step process is recommended: first neutralize areas with cool undertones, then apply the Colorizer. However, you can also mix the colors and do a single pass.
⸻
Neutralizer
Bright orange with a warm undertone.
Recommended Use: This warm orange is specifically formulated to neutralize bluish undertones, from light to dark. It can be used pure or mixed 1:1 with the target color.
Artists' Favorite Mix: Bare + Malina + Neutralizer or Bare + Neutralizer + a drop of Colorizer. In some cases, this step can be repeated every 8 weeks.
⸻
Illume
Opaque golden yellow with a warm undertone.
Recommended Use: This intense, opaque golden tone is specially formulated to neutralize deep purple undertones. It can be used pure or mixed 1:1 with the target color.
Pro Tip: It can be applied directly before the final color or mixed with another pigment. Mix with Neutralizer and apply to areas of the lips with bluish or purplish undertones.
⸻
Colorizer
Bright red with a warm undertone.
Recommended Use: The Colorizer can be mixed with your favorite shades to achieve healed results with pink undertones.
Artists' Favorite Mix: Bare + Malina + Colorizer
Best Practice: Before starting the procedure, it is recommended to ask your client how their skin reacts to wounds. If they mention that their skin tends to heal lighter or darker, this could indicate a predisposition to hyper- or hypopigmentation, and permanent makeup may not be the best option for this person.
