Chic Brown - Reach Line 10 ml./5ml.

This will be the deepest shade in the palette. Saturated pigment with a warm undertone on a cool base. A hint of red inside makes the color rich and elegant. Suitable for eyebrows with dark hairs; the skin can be warm or neutral. When working with cool skin, add Orange Neutralizer. Can be added to other pigments for more depth. Not suitable for hair stroke technique.
