DESCRIPTION
The most popular soft pink pigment for permanent lip makeup. Its temperature is neutral. The titanium dioxide content in the formula has been minimized. Ideal for clients who want to enhance the natural beauty of their lips.
It is not recommended to use pure "Dusty Rose" on cool lips; in these cases, the manufacturer advises mixing it with "Salted Caramel" in a 1:1 ratio.
For intense coverage, it can be used without a diluent. For a watercolor effect, it is recommended to add a few drops of diluent.
