#304 New Black

NE PIGMENTS' New Black (Carbon Black) is the most saturated black pigment on the market, made from technical carbon with a particle size of less than 100 nm.

Temperature: cool.

Intense black.

Standalone color.

Areas: eyeliner, lash line enhancement, scalp (tricopigmentation).

Very opaque, easy to apply, but does not spread under the skin. The pigment is easily removed with a cotton pad.

Work superficially to achieve an intense black color without bluish tones.

Removed with a warm color. Remover with no special characteristics.
