For them, this reddish-brown mahogany shade looks very aesthetic, whereas on very fair skin, such as Fitzpatrick I-II, it could heal too warm and show a reddish result.
On its own, 203 Chocolate Brown can be used to correct very ashy eyebrow pigmentation. Darken 203 Chocolate Brown with Ebony Brown 207 or lighten with Honey Brown 201. Do not try to lighten it with 101 White, as that would turn the color into a peachy pink.
