Formulated by West Coast black and gray legend, Tim Hendricks, this set was developed in collaboration with Solid to create the perfect tones for achieving the smoothest results in tattooing. Each shade is crafted to enhance shading and blending, ensuring exceptional quality for artists.
This set includes:
Black: An excellent black for outlining and solid fill work. Heals dark and bold.
Dark Single Needle Mix: A very dark mix for those tones where black is too dark but a medium mix is too light. Ideal for softening the gradient between a medium tone and a black tone. It is also excellent for single needle work, when an overly dark black is not desired but a tone firm enough for outlining is required.
Medium: A strong medium tone, undoubtedly tends to be the most used tone. Ideal for creating smooth gradients from a black area and slightly darkening lighter tones.
Light: A velvety and soft tone for final gradients and the most subtle areas.
Feather Light: The lightest of all, for those tones that are almost imperceptible but make a big difference in what the eye perceives. It is also suitable for marking the stencil with an extra soft tone.
