Special Rebound
There are four special elastomers attached to a rebound that relieve the pressure of the needle bar, working silently.

Medical Grade LG PC
The frame is made of PC polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is colorless, transparent, heat-resistant, impact-resistant, flame-retardant, BI grade, and has good mechanical properties at normal use temperatures.

Original Design
From the outer cover of the needle to the needle thread, and even each part, we have carried out layered testing and analysis to ensure the needle works smoothly, saves more ink, has fast coloring, low skin loss, and every detail is crucial.

Lower Tin Soldering  
The needle wire is fixed by atomizing and discharging needles, plastic sets, and precise molds, which greatly reduces the soldering process, thus avoiding the chemical pickling process and ensuring the safety and hygiene of each needle wire.

New Casing Design
The ink guide groove design is added below the needle nozzle to increase ink storage. The protruding part becomes the track when the needles are out. With the arc clamp limiter on both sides of the needle nozzle, the friction coefficient is reduced, needle stability is increased, and smooth flow of needle and ink is ensured.
