Who is it suitable for?: Flatters cool skin tones (summer and winter), provided the natural lip color is not cool. On cool lips, it can look plum-colored.

Technique: watercolor on pale lips, lipstick mixed only with the base color to soften, contouring with shading on similar cool-colored lips, only to create a more defined lip shape.
